MAXIMUM HEIGHT:	I. danfordiae - 4 inches

BLOOMING:	December - April

LIGHT: 		At least 4 hours of direct sunlight per day.
					
TEMPERATURE: 	Frost hardy. The cooler the temperature the longer the flowering life.
		Night = 40 - 45°F (4 - 7°C)
		Day = 68°F (20°C) or lower

WATERING: 	Keep soil moist but do not overwater.

PROPAGATING:	You can propagate from offsets, but its better to simply buy new 
		bulbs every year.

REPOTTING:	Plant bulbs in a pot during mid-fall. Keep the pot outside. When
		the bulb begins to sprout in spring, bring the pot indoors. When 
		the plant has matured and begins to die down, replant the bulb outside
		but do not bring the bulb indoors ever again.
