MAXIMUM HEIGHT:	Older plants be up to 3 feet across.

SUBSTRATE:	Use potting mixture specially formulated for cactii.
						
LIGHT: 		The more sun the better!
	
TEMPERATURE: 	WINTER: 41 - 50°F (5 - 10°C)
		
WATERING: 	Spring - Fall: Allow soil to become moderately dry between
		thorough waterings.
		Winter: Keep soil almost dry.

HUMIDITY:	Tolerates very dry air.
		
FERTILIZING: 	Feed in spring and summer with house-plant fertilizer diluted to 
		one quarter of its recommended strength. 

PROPAGATING:	From seed.

REPOTTING:	Only when necessary.
