To each gallon pailfull of this mixture add: - 1½ teaspoons of 20% superphosphate - 1 tablespoon of ground lime-stone - 2 teaspoons of 5-10-5 fertilizer. OR! use general purpose potting soil. LIGHT: Prefers bright indirect sunlight. Or where only artificial light is available, be sure to provide at least 400 foot-candles. TEMPERATURE: Night = 65 - 70°F (18 - 21°C) Day = 75 - 85°F (24 - 29°C) WATERING: Keep the soil barely moist. FERTILIZING: Wait 4-6 months to fertilize new plants, Mature plants - fertilize at 3-4 month intervals. PROPAGATING: Propagate by stem cuttings, from sections of main stem or by air layering. REPOTTING: Any season |
